We're getting interest from small and big companies all over the world. We are searching for a

growth hustler who understands and consultative selling. Impraise Sales Account Executives are

responsible for generating revenue above quota for SMB companies. Be prepared to be hands-on

and use your sales mentality to acquire new leads and build out the sales process!

Our new Account Executives needs to be able to execute a very consultative sales process. You will need to

uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help

prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution in Performance

management.


In your role, you will:

● Sell into new corporate accounts globally and across verticals

● Build an intimate understanding of Impraise products and their place in the

industry

● Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to prospects

● Carry inbound leads generated by our marketing team

● Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, perform online demos

to HR professionals, create proposals, and close deals

● Shape, iterate, and scale our sales strategy, taking initiative to improve the

team's practices, tools, and content

● Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future

product growth

● Provide market / client feedback internally to product / engineering team

Requirements

To be successful you have:

● 2+ years B2B sales experience at a SaaS company

● 1+ years in a closing role

● Recent startup experience with evidence of driving new sales

● experience sourcing your own business outbound, and comfortable with the

outbound motion

● Evidence your ability to succeed at a startup

● You are interested in learning about how leading businesses support their people

and then use this information to improve them further

● You are comfortable rolling-up your sleeves and stepping outside your job

description

● You are resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional

● You are an excellent team-player
