Job description

The Role

Shaping the Impraise brand and inventing innovative ways to introduce Impraise to the world. You’ll be comfortable in a high-velocity environment and passionate about brand building and digital marketing.

Working under the guidance of our brand and strategic leads, you’ll be taking the lead in delivering all demand generation visual assets for Impraise. This includes but is not limited to; landing pages, paid ads, direct mail, social media campaigns and other supporting materials.

  • 1+ years working as a designer in a creative agency or comparable in-house team
  • Portfolio of compelling marketing and brand design work
  • Experience working on a range of digital projects including responsive web pages, paid media, email templates and social media
  • Ability to collaborate with a large team and take direction
  • A self-starter with an attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A solid understanding of how communication design can contribute to a larger brand and business strategy
  • Comfortable creating concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing needs to elicit specific actions that achieve business goals. Creating content where necessary
  • Be able to adapt designs quickly based on the performance of campaigns
  • Thoughtful use of composition and layout to guide audiences through marketing experiences to encourage desired behaviours
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
  • A solid understanding of typography
  • A strong grasp of words and grammar
  • You’re naturally inquisitive and you enjoy discussing your own work and the work of others
  • Listen carefully and respond positively to feedback
