Your challenge —
As the VP of Engineering at Impraise you will lead, manage, and inspire our Engineering team, as we develop a next-generation people platform. You’ll report directly to the CEO and help the team fulfill technical, operational, and business requirements by getting into the trenches. With a long and short term growth strategy, you’ll guide architecture, deliver high quality functionality, and ensure scalability. With a strong focus on the customer journey, you’ll have the opportunity to work across teams, functions, and geographies on a marketing leading product. Additionally, you'll be responsible for measuring, evaluating, and improving both the user experience and internal processes.

To be successful you’ll need —
Proven experience in a comparable role in a international, fast growing SaaS company
10+ years experience in software development
5+ years experience as a people manager, with a focus on openness, empowerment, and personal development
At least 2 years of experience leading multiple agile teams in a leadership role
Successful track record with setting and delivering product strategy and roadmap for agile development teams
Demonstrable understanding of computer science
Experience setting up processes for agile development teams
