Your team’s challenge:
The ultimate challenge of your team is to turn the performance management process for people at work into a meaningful experience instead of just an administrative experience that doesn’t add value. One of the core principles that our clients and users tell us is that feedback and coaching should be more continuous throughout the year instead of once a year. Therefore your team is analysing the company processes, workflows of users and communication streams in order to build a product for our users that facilitates them in daily work life.
In the design team you will be working closely with talented designers Gijs Burgmeijer (designed the ABN Mobile banking app) and Gabriele Cirulli (creator of game 2048). Additionally, as our team is growing the design team will be tasked to look for more talented team members as well in the next months/year.

This is your opportunity to be part of the core design team of the company and have a direct impact on the direction that new features come to live. You’ll be able to have a major impact on the way people at some of the most well-known companies in the world are collaborating together.
A couple of things we would like you to focus on are:
- Redefining the way people collect and use feedback to grow and learn at work.
- Creating and implementing a design system to ensure consistency across the platform while increasing the speed of development
- Develop innovative new interactions of collecting feedback and presenting feedback turning it into actionable insights
- Simplify workflow processes for HR in order increase their effectiveness and happiness
