Your challenge —

As a senior member of our Recruitment team, your end goal is to ensure that the best people available join Impraise. In order to achieve this goal, you work closely together with our current Senior Recruiter in Amsterdam and our recruiter in New York, and further create a strong recruitment foundation that will enable our future growth. 


The overall recruitment goal is a team effort, whereby a smart ‘divide & conquer’ strategy is to be agreed between the different Recruitment Team members. What are your areas of interest and expertise? You tell us. We believe in putting the strengths of each member first in order to perform as highly as possible. We have therefore created the following two roles. You will be primarily responsible for one of these two roles depending on your area of preference:  


  • Role 1: Impraise Internal in combination with Non-Product Development roles
  • Role 2: Impraise External in combination with Product Development roles



For this role, you need to have significant experience in recruitment, have strong analytical skills and demonstrate the required leadership in order to create and execute an international recruitment strategy while deeply understand the overall company strategy. Furthermore, in order to be successful, you need to understand how a technology- led organisation operates, and understand the multiple challenges of a fast growing SaaS company.

Requirements

To be successful you’ll need —

  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment position in a comparable environment

  • Demonstrable understanding of how a software company operates

  • The ability to quickly understand the needs of our organisation, and create and execute a

    short/medium/long term strategic recruitment plan

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills

  • Fluent in English; advanced or native Dutch abilities preferred but not mandatory

  • Proactive and autonomous

  • Positive, people-oriented personality with unlimited energy
