As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be a key member of our product development team. Using your experience as a customer evangelist, problem solver, and consensus-builder, you’ll help make a product that delights, scales, and seamlessly integrates into the existing workflow of tens of thousands of employees across our global customer base. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Platform Operations to research, design, spec, build, test, and deploy new functionality that solves our key user pain points.
Interview existing and prospective customers to identify common pain points
Build a product roadmap based on cross-functional insights, data analysis, competitor research, and user insights
Work with engineering, design, and key business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, build, and iterate on product functionality
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of your work
Conduct product research via prototyping and UX testing
Work cross-functionality to build consensus and understanding around product decisions
Communicate clearly and consistently with the rest of the organization around progress of ongoing work
Acquire substantial domain knowledge and become familiar with industry trends and share information with other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years in Product Management
Experience building and optimizing products from scratch
Strong track record of collection and application of quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions
Clear grasp of relevant metrics and how to frame success for users vs a business
Ability to translate abstract product requirements into tangible results
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Self-starter with strong track record of working collaboratively across a business
Familiarity working in an Agile framework and adapting to feedback from others to lower cycle time for the team overall
Experience managing a SaaS product
Advanced technical or business degrees
Quantitative data analysis skills such as SQL, R
