Business Intelligence at Impraise:
The core mission of our company is to “empower the people that empower people,” meaning to help company leaders build productive and engaging work environments. From a software standpoint, Impraise has built a series of tools to drive timely and substantive feedback for individuals, peers, and management. The resultant data set is unique and compelling: qualitative and quantitative assessments of an organization’s emotional baseline; a snapshot of the state of relationships within and across teams.
Some examples of the questions we want to explore in business intelligence: what do people consider to be good feedback? What sort of characteristics about a person can be established based on the way they share their opinions? What sort of biases are evident in the data set? Can individuals improve their approach to sharing feedback over time?
Working at Impraise is a unique opportunity to help drive objective insights from subjective, highly-impactful subject matter. If these challenges pique your interest, please apply below!
