Your challenge —


There is an enormous opportunity in the market. Many companies would benefit tremendously from improving the way they run their people management. One out of three companies is planning to change their performance management in the next 3 years and the application Performance Management Market is expected to grow from Eur2.72 billion in 2014 to Eur4.98 billion by 2019. We need people like you who are motivated to engage with those companies interested in our solution; being able to ask the right questions to qualify the opportunity and to help these companies understand how we are helping other customers to build a highly engaged workforce

 

  • Qualifying new sales opportunities to increase our pipeline
  • Research prospective organizations and people that have shown interest in our solution
  • Live and breathe in CRM and leverage technology to manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet monthly goals
  • Engage in conversations in order to qualify the opportunity and to gain commitment from prospect to attend an initial discovery & demo call
  • Have conversations about people’s objectives and those of their organization
  • Challenge our process and make our business more effective


Requirements

To be successful you’ll need —


This role requires great ability to communicate our value, intelligence to qualify our inbound opportunities, and great perseverance as you will have to start every conversation with an open focused mindset. You don’t give up and you are not afraid to ask why why why. People like to talk with you as you are genuinely interested in hearing their story; you are curious to learn; but you are also a great story teller.

 

You should have:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn, self-motivated, and accountable
  • 1-3 years sales & CRM experience, particularly in SaaS is a plus
