The challenge we would like you to solve in this role:

There is an enormous opportunity in the market. Many companies would benefit tremendously from improving the way they run their people management. One out of three companies is planning to change their performance management in the next 3 years and the application Performance Management Market is expected to grow from $2.72 billion in 2014 to $4.98 billion by 2019. We need people like you who are motivated to coach, manage and mentor our team of Sales Development Representatives. S/he is an experienced sales leader and startup player that is excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage, explosive-growth startup. Reporting to the VP of sales, s/he will lead our team to evangelize and drive adoption across several verticals and account sizes in every geographic region.

Your team’s challenge:

The team you’ll be joining exists currently of talented Account Executives, Business Development Reps and Sales Development Reps. They are growing the revenue of Impraise rapidly by closing deals with SME and mid-market enterprises that are aligned with our product vision. We are especially expanding rapidly in the United States and Europe.

Requirements

What we expect you to know and do from day one:

  • Recruit, train and optimize a global team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including SalesForce, Zoom Info, Sales Loft, Datanyze, etc.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns
  • Work with Account Executives, BDRs and marketing to generate new business pipeline
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure for Sales Development Representatives in order to minimize their ramp time


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales management experience
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Experience developing goals, KPI’s and metrics for inbound and outbound SDR teams
  • Strong CRM and experience with SDR/BDR productivity tools
  • Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies
  • Experience selling into the mid market & Enterprise market strongly preferred
  • Experience selling into both Europe and the US strongly preferred


“Day in the Life”

On any given day the SDR Manager will be meeting with his/her team members to provide side-by-side coaching as well as call monitoring. They will also be measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of call campaigns to report to the VP of Sales. The SDR Manager will be responsible for optimizing call scripts and making recommendations for future campaigns and helping scale the SDR team globally.
