Often times, performance reviews are carried out once or twice a year, which doesn’t support employees’ continuous learning. Impraise turns performance reviews into a fast and easy process by enabling users to give and request feedback in real-time. Real-time allows people to better analyze their strengths and opportunities, track their progress and pursue their personal and professional goals on a continual basis.

We're getting interest from small and big companies all over the world. We are searching for a growth hustler who understands consultative selling. Impraise Account Executives are responsible for generating revenue above quota with SME & mid-market companies that operate with 200 - 3,000 employees. The Enterprise Account Executive manages a $1million dollar pipeline which contains inbound and outbound leads. Be prepared to be hands-on and use your hustler mentality to acquire new leads and build out the sales process! 


For sourcing outbound leads you will partner with our Sales Development Reps to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies and you'll be required to tap into and expand your own network.


Account Executives need to be able to execute a very consultative sales process. You will need to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution in sales and marketing. This role is an inside sales position working in our New York HQ and requires traveling as well!


In your role, you will: 

  • Be responsible for achieving a quarterly quota
  • Work closely with your Sales Development Reps to acquire new leads
  • Proactively generate new pipeline opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Continuously improve sales process
  • Help us expand our sales team


You need to have: 

  • Experienced in mid-market enterprise sales for 2+ years
  • Proven track record of closing wide-scope of deals sizes with ACV between $10k - $150k+ and be comfortable with a hybrid sales environment
  • Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with C-Level executives.
  • Evidence that you have consistently been a Top Producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 10% of your peers) and / or, Over Quota / President's Club every year.
  • You're persistent and don't give up early
  • You have a passion to understand people and solve their problems
  • Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, business oriented, flexible and accountable
  • Fluent in English

Preference if you have:

  • Experience in selling to HR
  • Work experience in a startup or other entrepreneurial activities
  • You have had formal sales training before: Consultative-selling style and Solution-Selling training strongly preferred


Vacation policy: 20 paid vacation days a year as well as 10 paid company/public holidays per year
Up to $121 commute coverage for transit within New York city
