A bit about you:

This role requires great ability to communicate our value, intelligence to understand who & how to approach people, and great collaboration skills as you’ll be working with many people across the organization. You have a strong empathy and know how things resonate with different type of audiences. People like to talk with you as you are genuinely interested in hearing their story; you are curious to learn; but you are also a great storyteller.

You thrive in a fast moving organization; you are not afraid to take ownership; and you get stuff done. Being a fast growth tech company it’s important that you enjoy this mindset. The biggest misconception is that this attitude means no attention for detail and structure. When we do things, we want to do it right, but we believe in hiring the right people who we can trust to get it done well.

You Should have:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Fluent English
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time & project management skills
  • Ability to learn, self-motivated, and accountable
  • 2-3 years product marketing experience, particularly in SaaS is a plus
  • Thrive in a start-up environment

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work
  • Create solution messaging and trainings for new product feature releases
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to create sales materials like product and case videos
  • Manage the sales marketing materials repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Support the sales team through customized stories and product demo environments
  • Conduct and report on market research
  • Challenge our process and make our business more effective
