You’re strong at verbal and written communication, and have used this ability to successfully get stakeholders buy-in on your product direction. You can build strong internal relationships across different departments. You have a strong focus on internal communication regarding product updates to ensure everyone has clarity on what’s coming, when it can be expected, and how it will impact users.

You have a strong user-centric approach to design and development, you have a high bar for product quality and UI/UX. You’re passionate about building habit-forming products that make the life of their users easier. You proactively collect data from different sources in order to back your decisions, have the ability to create well-defined user stories and prioritize work carefully for development teams. You’re also disciplined when it comes to organization and project management, with acute attention to detail, the ability to ask tough questions and say no when needed.
