You’ll be on the product team with two other talented Product Managers, from Optimizely and Delivery Hero. Together, we’ll work closely with leaders across the company, including the CEO to define scope and set priorities. As a team, we strive to build a product that perfectly integrates with the workflows of managers and employees and sets the market standard in regard to user experience, design, and end-user impact.
Almost every product built for employee performance management has been designed from the HR/company perspective rather than the manager and employee perspective. That’s not the case here at Impraise. Here, you’ll be responsible for a key part of our platform and it will be your job to continuously improve the platform, drive more value for our users, and achieve organizational objectives through new and improved product features.
A bit about you:
We’re looking for someone with substantial experience in product management. Ideally, you’ve managed multiple SaaS products through a full development cycle, from concept to launch.
This role requires strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive vision. You’re strong at verbal and written communication, and have used this ability to successfully get stakeholders buy-in on your product direction. You can build strong internal relationships across different departments. You have a strong focus on internal communication regarding product updates to ensure everyone has clarity on what’s coming, when it can be expected, and how it will impact users.
You have a strong user-centric approach to design and development, you have a high bar for product quality and UI/UX. You’re passionate about building habit-forming products that make the life of their users easier. You proactively collect data from different sources in order to back your decisions, have the ability to create well-defined user stories and prioritize work carefully for development teams.You’re also disciplined when it comes to organization and project management, with acute attention to detail, the ability to ask tough questions and say no when needed.
Experience implementing processes around product management is a plus. We’d like to learn from your previous experience so we can continue to improve the efficiency of our team.
