Your challenge —
We are looking for an intermediate Marketing Automation Specialist with 2+ years experience. What you will be doing? Well, you will be part of a team of highly driven marketing specialists helping to grow our business. Together with our growth manager, you will be the architect of our lead generation machine. As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be managing the marketing automation tactics including developing, optimizing and implementing lead generation and nurturing campaigns, data governance as well as improving marketing operations efficiencies. This role will support field marketers by building email campaigns and assets, uploading leads, troubleshooting, and training new users. You will also be responsible to provide data points to track the performance of our lead generation activities.
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
Maintain and optimize our instance of Autopilot, or help build a business case if a new platform is required to
Build nurture email flows with appropriate triggers for scoring and activity to improve conversion rates to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Maintain and optimize lead scoring alongside the sales and marketing team
Own the lead assignment rules based on regional sales structure as it evolves so leads are followed up with as soon as possible
Support the creation, tracking, and optimization of campaign landing pages (Unbounce)
Support tactical email campaigns (main focus within North America & Europe)
Focus on reporting/analytics with takeaways to implement best practices, strategic A/B testing and apply learnings from past tests to new campaigns
Strategize with the field marketing team based on previous results on how they can use them to improve their marketing campaigns
Database & list management to maximise greatest personalisation and efficient use of our database.
Troubleshooting of tools and integrations when necessary
Train and help new users on the automation platform if access is required
Use data to segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement, website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.), and enriched data from our sales tools to help improve conversion rates
Explore new tools and ways for us to improve the way we identify new opportunities, interact with potential leads and improve conversion rates
Support with maintaining integrations between the automation platform and Salesforce, as well as other marketing tools required for reporting, enrichment or improving performance

Experience in Google Analytics for reporting and proving impact on key business goals

An ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, with high quality and results
A strong understanding of demand generation technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
HTML experience is a plus
