The challenge we would like you to solve in this role:
There is an enormous opportunity in the market. Many companies would benefit tremendously from improving the way they run their people management. One out of three companies is planning to change their performance management in the next 3 years and the application Performance Management Market is expected to grow from $2.72 billion in 2014 to $4.98 billion by 2019. We need people like you who are motivated to find the right companies in an effective manner; be able to connect with these companies that you targeted; and help these companies understand that they should start building a high performing organization yesterday.

Your team’s challenge:
The team you’ll be joining exists currently of talented Account Executives, Business Development Reps and Sales Development Reps. They are growing the revenue of Impraise rapidly by closing deals with SME and mid-market enterprises that are aligned with our product vision. We are especially expanding rapidly in the United States and Europe.  


A bit about you:

A Business Developer for Impraise is a leader in training. Not only will you be helping our Account Executives strategize new ways to get into the best accounts in the world, but you will be setting the foundation for our team as we grow to $10mm in revenue. We are a young team and will be growing quickly, so you will you have a large opportunity to impact its growth and leave your mark for many classes to come.

As Business Developer for Impraise it's important to us is that you have a pioneer mindset and that you have the ambition and initiative to drive your career, not only in sales but in business. We will be testing and proving out new strategies, attacking new markets and out-learning our competition in every sense. As a Sales Development Representative with Impraise you will be held to a standard of excellence and given the tools to polish your skills as a professional.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day leads, activities, and task
  • Conduct high volume prospecting 60+ activities a day to qualify leads through calls, emails and social media
  • Manage the entire inbound and outbound pipeline generation process
  • Schedule conversations and discovery meeting for Account Executives to further a prospects business and potential with Impraise
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects
  • Get a mini-MBA! You'll learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives
  • Help SME, Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses realize the value of engaged employees and its impact on their organization

What you should have:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Fluent in Dutch with business level English mandatory!  
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn, self-motivated, and accountable
  • 1-3 years sales & CRM experience, particularly in SaaS is a plus
  • Thrive in a start-up environment
