You're a curious cookie and passionate about people and culture. You are a marketing generalist who is passionate about driving initiatives, supporting growth, building brand awareness, and creating experiences that differentiate and connect with our values. You should be results-driven, with a focus on growing new business and retaining existing customers.

You thrive in a fast moving organization and you are not afraid to take ownership or reach out to new people asking them for a favor. This role requires great ability to communicate, intelligence to understand who & how to approach people, being able to negotiate a deal, and great collaboration skills as you’ll be working with many people across the organization.

Being a fast growth tech company it’s important that you enjoy this mindset. The biggest misconception is that this attitude means no attention for detail and structure. When we do things, we want to do it right, but we believe in hiring the right people who we can trust to get it done well.

You Should have:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Fluent English
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time & project management skills
  • Ability to learn, self-motivated, and accountable
  • 2-5 years marketing experience, particularly in SaaS is a plus
  • Thrive in a start-up environment

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify marketing opportunities to increase lead generation and improve our brand awareness: 3rd party conferences, owned events, webinars, and creative content creation
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to participate, speak, or organize webinars, conferences, meet-ups and other initiatives to connect with our target audience
  • Plan and execute marketing (email) campaigns for lead generation related to all initiatives and events you will own
  • Drive project schedules, adhere to budgets and oversee all event logistics and manage vendor and partner relationships
  • Work with product marketing and sales to determine appropriate marketing materials, sponsorships, promotions and staffing for each event, webinar, or conference
  • Monitor and measure the success of all  our campaigns and activities
  • Coordinate content planning & media opportunities related to our marketing activities
  • Challenge our process and make our business more effective

What we offer:

  • Market competitive salary plus stock option plan
  • A meaningful problem to solve that delivers true value for users
  • A mission driven team that aims to have a long lasting impact in the market
  • Be at the core of a scaling company and impactful product
  • Join us in our main office in the heart of Amsterdam, spend time at our other offices in Lisbon and New York City
  • Talented and fun colleagues: serial entrepreneurs, psychologists, engineers and people from companies like Google, Accenture, and Microsoft
  • Professional Development Allowance (1500 Euros/year pro rata)
  • Health Allowance (500 Euros/year pro rata)
  • Tap into the Y Combinator network to learn from the best, probably the most valuable network of tech startups in the world.
  • Fast paced, fun, and energetic company with a friendly culture
  • Wonderful office & opportunity to join daily office lunch with your colleagues
  • Company provided laptop and equipment and more
