What You Will Be Doing

The market for performance management is changing. We help companies implement best-practice performance management to drive productivity and engagement.

In this role you will be responsible to drive customer adoption and success for our clients while they transition towards more continuous performance management. You will manage the launch and implementation of Impraise at our customers. As a trusted advisor and coach you will become an expert on best-practice performance management and determine how Impraise’s solutions can be effectively applied to our customer's strategic business goals. You will launch innovative strategies to optimize employee success. You should be comfortable at both consulting and negotiating with client key stakeholders up to C level executives, backed by a strong understanding of their business objectives.

  • Project managing challenging, enterprise, customer implementations
  • Be advisor to our sales team while defining the implementation strategy to meet clients business goals
  • Contribute to continuously improve our onboarding/implementation process
  • Educating customers on best practices
  • Managing Customer Success efforts to ensure  the best experience for our largest key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and guide them toward their desired outcome
  • Work together with product managers to find ways to drive retention, drive feedback behavior through software

What we are looking for
You gained experience in the field of performance management and/or change management. Preferably you have been active as a consultant or implemented technologies at clients. You are very structured, have a passion for technology, are very comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment and are ready to contribute to a fast growing organization.


Need-to-have skills

  • Master Degree
  • 3+ years experience in change management or similar
  • Strong ability to work project-based and to manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver a project on time
  • Excellent time management and being able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Likable person and know how you can get people with you
  • Strong presentation
  • Strong organizational skills & analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English
