What You Will Be Doing
The market for performance management is changing. We help companies implement best-practice performance management to drive productivity and engagement.
In this role you will be responsible to drive customer adoption and success for our clients while they transition towards more continuous performance management. You will manage the launch and implementation of Impraise at our customers. As a trusted advisor and coach you will become an expert on best-practice performance management and determine how Impraise’s solutions can be effectively applied to our customer's strategic business goals. You will launch innovative strategies to optimize employee success. You should be comfortable at both consulting and negotiating with client key stakeholders up to C level executives, backed by a strong understanding of their business objectives.

What is Impraise?

Impraise is a web-based and mobile solution for actionable, timely feedback in the workplace. Often times, performance reviews are carried out once or twice a year, which doesn’t support employees’ continuous learning. Our clients want to build transparent work environments in which people help each other to improve and work as a team.
Impraise turns performance reviews into a fast and easy process by enabling users to give and request feedback in real-time. Real-time allows people to better analyze their strengths and opportunities, track their progress and pursue their personal and professional goals on a continual basis.
What we are looking for
You gained experience in the field of performance management and/or change management. Preferably you have been active as a consultant or implemented technologies at clients. You are very structured, have a passion for technology, are very comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment and are ready to contribute to a fast growing organization.
