From content creation across channels and building messaging frameworks to supporting feature launches and crafting compelling ad copy,  you’ll shape the voice of Impraise and grow our loyal consumer base. This role will span every facet of our story through the customer journey, but the priorities will be set by you. You will also play a big part in creating, shaping and owning the People Enablement space which is unique to Impraise and never been done before!

Our ideal candidate is a creative content strategist that celebrates clarity in storytelling, understands how to engage different audiences through content, and has experience writing B2B SaaS content.

  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer success to define an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives

  • Grow the blog to be a lead gen machine driving high quality leads

  • Create content our audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion

  • Scope, land, and track unique thought leadership content and PR channels

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads

  • Scope, write, and track the effectiveness of bi-weekly newsletter

  • Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows

  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels

  • Lead editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone

  • Measure and optimize programs and initiatives on a regular and ongoing basis

  • Create original, newsworthy stories together with our head of PR to land coverage in tier 1 publications


  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience

  • Native Level English

  • Understanding of best practices across main social media and marketing channels

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement

  • Experienced in creating content for the web and growing a social audience

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

  • Ability to analyze and present content and channel performance

  • Experience with Google analytics, LinkedIn, and Hootsuite

  • Project management skills to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders

  • Creative and excited about finding interesting and engaging topics and subjects to cover

  • Enjoys stating top of news, HR trends, and has a genuine interest in our product
